LEGAL & CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
A.K.ALAUDEEN is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong background in legal verification, Client relationship, Project execution and contract management. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Government regulations, Planning and Approvals as per industry standards. With an M.B.A. in management and a specialized qualification in legal studies (ML), he combines strategic business with in-depth legal expertise, making him a highly valuable asset in both construction project management and legal verification.
He has worked across a wide range of construction sectors, including
residential, commercial projects, and has established himself as a
reliable advisor in navigating legal complexities in construction
contracts, claims, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
